I actually like my steak “blue”, which is damned hard to find in the US as everyone is scared of dying via food. Thats probably about 30 seconds on each side. Cold and bloody in the middle please. Hell, I also eat it straight up raw sometimes. NOM. But thats the having lived in Japan so long getting to me I think… (via fukumatsu: )
